Please contact the Management Office once your unit is placed on the market.  Once there is a signed contract please complete the sales packets located in the Document section of this website and return with all deposits and fees.  Please also refer to the Rules and Regulations of the building for futher requirements.   The Association does have a right of first refusal so the Board of Directors will need to approve this sale.   If you require a Certificate of Insurance for the Condominium, you may obtain one by the following website: www.eoidirect.com or by calling them directly at (877) 456-3643.  Thank you.
